Is bottled drinks good for health?

Do you know how much sugar is contained in the beverage packaging you?

Beverage packaging is a beverage that is already packaged in cans or bottles or boxes, which is ready to drink without having to cook it again.

Luckily the government now requires that the producers seem to have food / beverages to list the nutritional content of its products in the packaging. Thus you can easily see how much content one sugar (sugar) in your bottled drinks.

Often contained 32 grams, 24 grams, and so on.

How much is 32 grams of sugar?

According to a nutritionist Joy Bauer in http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/10879824/, 1 teaspoon sugar that means equal to 4 grams of sugar.

So, 32 grams of sugar is equal to 8 teaspoons of sugar.

Imagine you make a cup of sweet tea or coffee or milk or orange juice with added sugar as much as 8 teaspoon!

Imagine if you give the milk / juice in containers to your child 2 or 3 times a day, how much sugar that they swallow?

So what's wrong with most consuming sugar?

That's another story .. but please search for answers by keyword obesity (overweight) and diabetes
