Creating the children like to eat vegetables



Teach children learn to eat vegetables is not an easy task considering that vegetables taste worse than the taste of other foods (fruit or meat / fish / chicken).

I started when my son started to eat for the first time in 4 months of age. Accustomed to eat vegetables before eating fruit and meat / fish / chicken.
Thus he was familiar with the vegetable flavors.
Alhamdulillah now (6thn), my kids want to eat any vegetables (except pare-time yes ... do not want to because it is too bitter)

If now (trigger big children) still do not want to eat vegetables, maybe can try to make vegetables look more pleasant to eat. Or invite children to get involved cooking the vegetables are so interesting the child to eat it, too.

Boil carrots might be a good start, considering the taste too sweet carrots are also relatively easy to chew (the fiber is not too tough) than vegetable lain.Bisa proceed to the other vegetables that taste is still surrounding the sweet (corn, squash, beans). If you've used, just started moving to a less sweet taste of vegetables (broccoli, cassava leaves, bokcoy).

Do not forget, parents also should set an example that many vegetarians and seemed happy to consume them.
